NXG APX MULTI PUMP AIR RIFLE KIT
This Next Generation APX from Umarex USA is the genesis of modern youth air rifles as we understand them. If you are looking for an air gun that redefines the standard of rifles designed for younger and small-framed shooters, you are in the right place. The rifle includes a multitude of modern-day features that includes an automatic safety-a feature never before seen on a pneumatic rifle of this type. The dual ammunition APX features a progressive stock design that’s ergonomic, modern, and impact resistant. Its grip is designed with a narrow curve that’s comfortable for shooters with smaller hands creating better control and a safer shooting environment. Its multi-pump action and easy-load pellet ramp are easy to use for right or left-handed shooters and it deploys alloy projectiles up to a velocity of 800 feet per second at maximum air charge. The adjustable rear sight and fiber optic front sight protected by its sleek muzzle brake allow you to quickly zero in on your intended target when shooting either pellets or steel BBs. Mounting a scope to the APX is easy with its integrated tactical-style scope mounting rail system-another first in youth air rifles that provides a positive lockdown to keep a scope on zero. AGE RESTRICTIONS WHEN BUYING AIRGUNS, AIR RIFLES, AIR PISTOLS AND BB GUNS
Under Federal Law, airguns and BB guns are not classified as firearms and are legal for all ages. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to buy airguns, however; a person of any age may use one.
AGE RESTRICTIONS WHEN BUYING SHOOTING ACCESSORIES
There is no age restriction when buying airgun pellets or BBs (ammo) or other shooting accessories. However, items such as GAS and CO2 may have an 18 years restriction applied.
MINIMUM AGE YOU CAN OWN OR FIRE AN AIRGUN
There is no age restriction to own or to operate an airgun. It is within the law for a person that is 18 years or over to purchase an airgun and gift it to a person that is under the age of 18 years of age to own and operate. So, a parent can buy an airgun and give it to their child to use or keep regardless of their age. We recommend that an adult should supervise persons under the age of 14 years.
