We accept orders only on the basis that you have read and understood our terms and conditions.
YOUR ORDER
We aim to dispatch your order the next working day from receipt, please allow up to seven working days from the day of dispatch before contacting us. You can track your delivery via the courier’s confirmation email that will be sent to you within 24 hours of your order. For more information on order tracking please see our tracking page on our website. Any shortfalls or defects should be notified to us as soon as possible via our contact us page on this website. We ship all products via courier and at this time they do not operate on the weekend. When calculating the number of days for delivery please do not include either Saturday or Sunday.
Just Airguns and its partners are online retailers that supply Airguns to many different territories and cannot be responsible for local law. We will send our products to any address as it is the responsibility of the buyer to confirm they are legally within their rights to own an Airgun.
AGE RESTRICTIONS WHEN BUYING AN AIRGUN
Under Federal Law, airguns are not classified as firearms and are legal for all ages. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to buy airsoft guns, however; a person of any age may use one.
There are a few states that regulate the transfer, use or possession of airguns. The buyer is responsible to confirm that they are not violating any state or federal law. Just Airguns and its partners, suppliers and staff do not take any responsibility for the Byers understanding of the law in their area regarding airguns (non-powder guns).

AGE RESTRICTIONS WHEN BUYING AIRGUN PELLETS, BBS AND ACCESSORIES
There is no age restriction when buying BBs or other accessories. However, items such as Co2 capsules and other products may have an 18 years restriction applied.
MINIMUM AGE YOU CAN OWN OR FIRE AN AIRGUN
There is no age restriction to own or to operate an Airgun. It is within the law for a person that is 18 years or over to purchase an Airgun and gift it to a person that is under the age of 18 years of age to own and operate. So, a parent can buy an airsoft gun and give it to their child to use or keep regardless of their age. We recommend that an adult should supervise persons under the age of 14 years.
ORDERING AND PAYING
We have a 100% secure online shopping cart with Woocomerce and we accept payments with a bank card or PayPal. We do not keep any payment information at any time. Phone payments are destroyed via shredding as soon as the payment has been processed. We only accept $USD; if you pay with an alternative currency account and your payment is accepted we do NOT accept responsibility for any currency conversion differences. This includes but is not limited to; purchasing, delivery costs and refunds.
DESPATCHING ORDERS
From receipt of order, we aim to dispatch your order the next working day. If you order on a weekend or on a bank holiday your order will be despatched on the next working day.
SHIPPING
The shipping should be calculated on the service selected at checkout from the day we dispatched your order. Please do not include weekends or bank holidays when calculating the delivery time. Please allow up to 3 working days from the day of expected delivery before contacting us. You can track your delivery via our website and the courier’s website via your confirmation email.
MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If an item is missing from your order, please contact us and let us know exactly what is missing or wrong with your order. Please remember to include your order number within your message as this will help us speed up the search for your order details.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
The website stock availability and our office support system are from the same stock database. If in the unlikely event that a product shows in stock but is actually out of stock in the warehouse, we will not know this until the point of picking, roughly two hours after the despatched notification. As soon as we are aware of a problem we will email and/or call to discuss the shortfall in the order.
SAFETY
No gun should be carried in a public place unless in transit when it should be unloaded and placed in a bag. Guns must NOT be concealed on one person or pointed or fired at another human or animal. RETURN POLICY
All our products fall into one of five return categories unless otherwise specified. The return policy is listed on the product page for each item. A returns number is needed for all returns. Please log in to your account on our website and raise a support ticket here. If you do not have an account with us, you can create a new one at any time or contact us through our contact page.
The return policy and warranty policy starts at the date of delivery for all return categories.

INVALID WARRANTY
The following will void your warranty and ability to return an item:
- Attempting to disassemble, upgrade, repair, or alter the product in any way.
OTHER INFORMATION
Due to the nature of airgun products, warranties cover internals only. External damage to airguns is not covered.
All returns will be processed within 2 weeks from the moment we receive all the item(s) back.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
If you do not follow these instructions your item may be lost.
- You must return your item via a tracked shipping service.
- You must include the original invoice or order number within the package.
- You must supply the returns number given to you on both the outside of the packaging and on the invoice inside.
- You must supply the receipt for the shipping costs within the package or a refund for shipping if due cannot be paid.
