Return Policy


All returns and repair/upgrade will be placed in quarantine for 24 hours. We believe this would safeguard the people working within the company and community before being received and processed. This implementation will result in a short delay in processing your return, repair/upgrade. Your patience is appreciated during this time. The return policy and warranty policy start at the date of delivery for all return categories.


Returns for refund are allowed on brand-new merchandise within 2 business days Delivered items. Returned items must be 100% brand-new, unopened, unused, unworn, with full tags and packaging accompanying it. A minimum 15% restocking fee is applied. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees back to our warehouse. The buyer will not be refunded the shipping expenses we incurred for the initial delivery. Returned items that are not brand new are not allowed. No returns for refund allowed after 2 days of delivered items – no exceptions.

Exchanges on products are allowed within 14 days of the delivery date. Exchanges are only for manufacturer defects and shipping damage upon delivery. Exchanges are generally for the exact same product, but we will consider exchanges or store credit on a case-by-case basis. Exchanges are not considered a return. Exchanges are for the same or similar items in cases of defects or damage. After 2 business days, we only offer exchanges.

Airguns are fully warrantied directly through the manufacturer After 2 days return policy. Some Good Brands like UMAREX, KWA, and a few others have up to 1-year duration depending on the item and the value of the product. Please check with the manufacturer on the warranty for defects. JUST AIRGUNS do not cover returns/warranties for guns that are below $100 unless they are faulty and notified within 2 days of purchase. Items that fall outside this realm are covered by the 14-day exchange policy above. We do not cover shipping expenses.

• Installed or modified parts or any changes made from its original form or packaging no refund will be processed.
• No return on consumables such as BBs, airgun pellets gas and co2 and used or modified parts.
• Warranty will not cover modified products by the customer
• We will accept returns on brand new, unused, unopened products.
• Products returned without the original content, missing accessories, mags, flash hiders, etc. No Refund will be processed
• New items returned without the original packaging or damaged packing up to 50% restocking will be applied
• If you have received a wrong or defective item NO RESTOCKING FEES WILL BE APPLIED.
• Transit Damage or refused by the customer at the time of delivery due to damage NO RESTOCKING FEES WILL BE APPLIED AND WE WILL FILE CLAIM WITH CARRIER.
• Incorrect Address Provided or missing address information would be charged restocking fees and shipping charges.
